This is a U.S.A 1971 Martin D12-20 in very good condition for it’s age as it only has minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with age.
Martin Style 20 guitars are very similar to Style 21 guitars, though not nearly as many were made. The D-12-20 was a 12-string entry in the line, though used Mahogany instead of the Rosewood of most Style 20 guitars.
